Cancellation Policy

Digital products purchased through the shop are not eligible for refund requests.

Online courses will be available to access for as long as my website is live.

Workshop tickets cannot be refunded but may be transferred or sold to another person

For one to one sessions and retreat days, I am able to refund if given 48 hours notice. For last minute cancellations I am not able to refund but can transfer to another date or exchange for digital product(s) of similar value in my online shop. If after a last minute cancellation you choose the option of transferring to another date, please be aware that I am only able to offer this once. Last minute cancellation of the subsequent rebooked session will not be able to be transferred again or substituted.

I am a mother of two children and while this brings it's many gifts to my work, when booking in-person services please be aware that there is a small chance I may need to rebook you in the event of illness or accident. In the event of this you will be offered my earliest possible date or a full refund.

I am aware that when booking with me, some clients travel and book accommodation. Please know that this is done at your own risk and if in the event I need to cancel due to illness or accident I cannot be held responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

I also work as an on-call doula. When booking work with me I will make you aware if I am currently on-call, which brings with it the small chance of needing to rearrange our session if my client goes into labour. You are then able to decide whether you would like to continue with your booking or postpone until I am off-call.
