About Me

My journey into women’s work truly began

with my son’s waterbirth in 2013 which changed me forever and made me feel like I had discovered a hidden secret - that birth could be amazing, transcendent, spiritual and primal. I wanted to find out everything I could about birth as spiritual initiation and share it with all women.

I first began supporting women and families in 2015 as a Daisy Birthing pregnancy yoga and antenatal teacher in Cardiff. I loved hearing the women’s stories and supporting them to discover their innate birthing power and wisdom.

I then began attending births as a doula to hold space as wise woman for this sacred feminine rite of passage. After several years I made the decision to work solely with homebirthing and freebirthing families. I feel so blessed to have learned so much birth wisdom at the feet of women, serving at the altar of birth, and now consider myself an experienced doula, particularly when it comes to undisturbed birth.

I naturally moved into womb and ceremony work, offering my gentle presence, wisdom and divine inspiration to women at all stages of their life. My own conscious womb healing journey began many years ago as I healed from sexual trauma and abuse. I will never forget my first womb journey and the revelations that completely upended my perception of my traumas as I met the primal womb energy!

I believe that as women we are co-creators with the divine and the womb is an bottomless well we can return to for nourishment and inspiration.

Through sacred intention, energy healing and massage I feel blessed to hold space for women to experience deep and profound connection to their wombs and hearts. I am a natural teacher and find so much joy in revealing the womb mysteries and guiding women into remembering they are their own oracle.

I am devoted to creating loving and transformative healing containers for my clients and for this reason only see one client in a day.

A psychic told me many years ago that my life path was “to set women free”.

In Welsh I would be a “swynwraig”, a word meaning witch, healer & herbalist

Mother, priestess & oracle

In my personal life, I live in semi-rural South Wales with my husband, two children and black cat. I adore quiet living and simple pleasures. I love exploring nature, foraging for herbal remedies, singing, dancing, tarot, yoga, sacred sexuality and prayer. I can often be found curled up with a book, a big mug of tea and some chocolate.

I consider myself a kitchen witch and have completed the Foundation Course In Herbal Medicine (NIMH) with Heartwood. Herbal medicine and folk remedies are two passions of mine. I am currently studying for my clinical herbalism qualification with the School of Evolutionary Herbalism.

I want to express my appreciation for all my teachers past and present, in this lifetime and in all others. My deepest gratitude to my biggest teachers, my son and daughter, and of course my womb that birthed them. I am thankful to be constantly supported by my Motherline, Nicola and Christine on this side of the veil, on the other side Winifred and Mary - you are all the columns that bear me up, I am also blessed to feel very much supported by the rest of my dearly departed dead.

Bearing in mind that I work in law, I’m pretty sure (Jenny is) the most qualified person I know
