For women planning their wedding and preparing to become a wife, a Bride Blessing is a way of gathering the important women together in their life to surround them with love, support and wisdom as they enter this new chapter.
I created this ceremony as a bride myself, when I recognised that nothing like this existed. As a sensitive woman who loves beauty and the sacred, who loves to bring ceremony back to motherhood, I could not find anything in our modern culture that resonated with me or met any of my needs. After intuitive exploration, I birthed the Blessing into the world.
As your sacred space holder, I will help you plan the blessing and arrange your chosen space. In our work together, we will discuss theme, refreshments and structure and I will lead the group through the activities so you are able to relax and enjoy yourself.
Bringing women together in a way that is meaningful to you, to hear their heartfelt words of support, a favourite poem or reading, and meditation and song can make a huge difference in how confident and held you feel as your wedding day approaches.
The ceremony structure gives the masculine container for the feminine energy to truly thrive and touch each woman’s heart, yours most of all. In our discussion we will explore your journey as a woman so far, your relationship, your support circle and what you are hoping to embody from the experience. This will make the ceremony truly your own.
