Welcome mama!

This course is designed as a build it yourself yoga routine - each page has a selection of videos to choose from for that particular element, so you can mix and match depending on what your needs are that day! The five elements of the routine are Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Spirit.

This is designed to be a really gentle course, but please be guided by your body and if you are in any doubt about whether yoga is suitable for you please check with your midwife or obstetrician.

The sound, Om, is believed to be the primordial sound of all creation. The universe was created with Om and it holds within it all that is, was and ever will be. The vibrations of the Om will go to your baby, it is a healing vibration for you both. You are the source of all creation!

Uniting the masculine and feminine principles for birth and opening the throat chakra.

Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung

Ra means the sun and connecting with that masculine frequency gives you energy. Ma means the moon and it aligns you with the feminine and receptivity. Da is the the energy of the Earth, grounding you in your roots. Sa is Infinity and as you chant this, your energy rises upwards and outwards drawing in the healing the the Universe. When you chant Sa a second time, you pull the energy of Infinity into you. Say is a way of honoring the Divine Creator. So is a vibration of all those energies merging within you. Hung is the Infinite Essence.

Om Mani Padme Hum - The Jewel Is in the Lotus

An ancient mantra meaning releasing anger and tension and celebrating life and pleasure. The one phrase that is said to sum it all up is this: “The jewel is in the lotus,” or “Praise to the jewel in the lotus.”

The lotus is also another word for yoni, or vagina… consider this… the jewel in the lotus being your baby emerging as they are born!
