The sky itself feels super heavy today, it feels like I'm moving through honey! It makes me want to crawl back under the covers and hide but I'm settling for comfort food and lots of cups of tea and reminding myself it will pass!

The 7 of wands is all about feeling overwhelmed, feeling surrounded by things that make you feel like you're not enough, that you don't have the energy for. It can also mean having to balance two different roles... for me today I think this is showing the overlap between the world we can directly perceive and the psychic realm. If you are sensitive to energy you will be finding today especially hard. My nightmares last night were intense!
The 2 of cups is all about loving connection. So today we need to really look after ourselves and our delicate emotions and to be as gentle with ourselves as we would if we were a child who was feeling under the weather. Fill your cup with things that make you feel good.
The Sun in this context is reminding us that all storms pass and the sun will come out again, and the dark struggle we have found ourselves in is necessary. It allows us to reach supreme light and clarity about our hopes and dreams and who we want to be, as we shine as our true self.
