You Are A Whole Woman
Your birthing day is not just the sum total of your antenatal preparation, your birth team and your unique medical circumstances... It's an expression of ALL your rites of passage.
How you came into the world, how you acknowledged your first bleed, the first time you had sex, all your womb creations, your art, your poetry, your work...
That's why the journal prompts, activities and discussion questions in my hypnobirthing course are so important, they take you to the heart of YOU, and what you need to explore before you embark on this transformative new journey.
❤ You are a whole woman, not a wishlist. ❤
That is why my tracks speak to your soul and deep knowing.
Birth is a bead on the thread of a much older story.

The Wild Feminine
The Wild Feminine
She dances to the drums
She knows her blood is sacred.
She has wide, open eyes
To new experiences To learning.
A contradiction
Of playful innocence
And deep knowing.
She is dual-natured.
Part angel
Part animal
Beauty
And dirt.
Her belly curves
Where it holds her magic.
She nourishes her body
Without shame.
She knows she is Divine
Feminine expression
Here on earth.
She is the queen
Of her life.
She lives in her truth
Not afraid to speak
Because she knows
Her words are valuable.
She knows her demons
And calls them old friends.
She values her sisters
Even when
They disagree.
She holds the space
For others to grow
Into their power.
And she knows
When boundaries are important.
She can say no
Without guilt
And say yes
And really mean it.
She changes her mind.
She saves her precious energy
For her own creations
And accepts help
From the masculine
When necessary.
She decorates herself
For pleasure
Not because she has to.
She knows when the woods
Are calling her
And she honours when her bed
Is doing the same.
She lives in tune with her cycles
As she knows that she is nature.
Her empathy and her intuition
Are her superpowers.
She makes magic every day
Because she is magic.
She knows she creates
Her own reality
And no longer accepts the myth
That she doesn't have a choice.
Refusing to be kept small,
Awakening into her birthright
The wild woman
Hear her call.

Beauty And Dirt
I always felt that I was an animal in a human body pretending to be a lady... can you relate?
Everything about socially acceptable femininity is bleached and sanitised, the hair from our bodies removed, plastic menstrual products like medical supplies... then birth the ultimate female act which is all about storks and white onesies and cutesy baby animals, when everybody who has seen it knows birth is primal and bloody.
It made no sense to me and I used to wonder why everybody was complicit in this really inconvenient and unfulfilling game of pretend.
We are the Goddess and the Goddess is us. We are all Baba Yaga or Aphrodite as the mood takes us.
We are the sensual maiden who dances with flowers in her hair and the feral witch who fences her house with skulls and bones.
We are the wild feminine ❤
