I love the womb room in the winter

I love the womb room in the winter. I love the frosty mornings and getting the wood for the day from the log store, I love the bread dough rising in front of the fire. I love the contrast of going from the warm hearth to the cold bathroom, then re-entering the magical space that has been created from the morning's healings. Warm to cold to warm, a way of refreshing a stuck nervous system, something that works so well in these winter days. I love eating fragrant dal and buttery toasted sourdough with clients and having a giggle as the endorphins rise from loving touch and sacred space.

I have some spaces left for November and December before Christmas break, pop me a message if you'd like to join me exploring the womb mysteries in the South Wales countryside, feeling nourished inside and out, keeping the light burning within as we tuck ourselves into this dark hearth-womb for these chilly weeks ahead.
