Calling out to the Divine Masculine
I miss you, love.
Remember when we walked
Naked
Hand in hand
And bathed in forest pools?
You were not afraid
Of how I could see
Right through you
With my witch's gaze.
You could not hide.
And I was not afraid
Of the strength of your arms
And your body.
Your ability
To come undone in my presence
Made me feel powerful
Not vulnerable.
Remember when we slept
Curled round each other
Like cats?
You made the space safe
For me to alchemise
And create.
To make life.
I showed you tenderness
To all creatures
Without judgement.
I was the reason
For your fire.
We learned from each other.
Because we knew
We were stronger together.
It's not too late.
Put down your shield, love.
Put down your sword.
And I will mine.
Let us rise.
